Fitzli

A plan that knows what you can’t eat.

Fitzli builds your week, meals and training, around your body, your goals and your diet. Dairy, gluten, IBS: it plans around it instead of asking you to.

SEK 99/month or SEK 699/year. Everything included.

It asks first, then plans.

Allergies, intolerances, diagnoses and how you eat. What doesn’t fit is left out of the plan and out of the recipes, not flagged for you to sort out yourself.

Your health profile drives everything

Coeliac and lactose intolerance and IBS together give you a plan that respects all three. Not a warning label. An absence.

The health profile: allergies, intolerances and diagnoses

A new plan every week

Written for your calorie and macro targets, not picked off a shelf.

Every exercise has a video

See the movement before you do it.

Log food the quick way

A photo, a sentence or a barcode. The app works out the rest.

The shopping list writes itself

Everything the week needs, added up and sorted by aisle.

242

ingredients the plan knows by name

Not a guess from a word. Each one carries its allergens and its aliases, so “celeriac” and “celery root” are the same thing, and “no nuts” never reads as “nuts”.

Every recipe comes with its own picture.

Not a stock photo of something similar. The app draws one for the dish it just wrote you, so the plan looks like food and not like a spreadsheet.

Falafel on hummus with pomegranate and cucumber Spinach and feta tart Prawn pasta in tomato sauce Beef stew with root vegetables and bread Green smoothie bowl with banana, seeds and nuts Roast new potatoes with tomatoes, coriander and lemon

The pictures are generated for each recipe. The app says so there too: a drawing of a dish is not a photograph of one.

Three steps, then it runs itself.

  1. 1

    Tell it about you

Height, weight, goal, and what you can’t eat: allergies, intolerances, diagnoses. A minute, once.

  2. 2

    Get the week

Meals and training for every day, with a shopping list that adds itself up. Everything you said no to is already left out.

  3. 3

    Check in on Sundays

Weight, hunger, how it went. The targets move with you, and the app writes out why they moved.

What it looks like.

The home screen: calories left, macros and the day’s training
The meal plan, meal by meal
The food log: what is left of the day’s calories and macros
A workout in progress with sets, weights and reps

Questions people ask.

What does it cost?

SEK 99 a month, or SEK 699 a year, which works out at SEK 58 a month. Everything is included; there is no tier above it. You cancel in the App Store and keep access until the period you paid for runs out.

Does it really handle allergies and diagnoses?

Yes, and that is the point of the app. What you say you can’t eat is left out of the plan and out of the recipes, not marked with a warning for you to work around. It handles several at once: coeliac and lactose intolerance and IBS together give you a plan that respects all three.

Do I have to weigh everything I eat?

No. Photograph the plate, write a sentence, or scan a barcode. The app works out the calories and macros. Meal photos are analysed and then discarded. They are never stored.

Do I need Apple Health?

No, the app works without it. If you do connect it, Fitzli reads steps, sleep, resting heart rate, HRV and weight to make the plan fit how you actually recovered. It only ever reads. Fitzli never writes anything back to Health.

Where is my data kept?

On a server in Stockholm. Health data is a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR and is only processed after you have given explicit consent, which you can withdraw in the app at any time. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

Is the training part real, or just the food?

Both. You get a training week alongside the meal week, every exercise has a video of the movement, and the app logs your sets, reps and weights so the next week is written from what you actually lifted.

Your week, planned around you.
