A new plan every week
Written for your calorie and macro targets, not picked off a shelf.
Fitzli builds your week, meals and training, around your body, your goals and your diet. Dairy, gluten, IBS: it plans around it instead of asking you to.
SEK 99/month or SEK 699/year. Everything included.
Allergies, intolerances, diagnoses and how you eat. What doesn’t fit is left out of the plan and out of the recipes, not flagged for you to sort out yourself.
Coeliac and lactose intolerance and IBS together give you a plan that respects all three. Not a warning label. An absence.
Written for your calorie and macro targets, not picked off a shelf.
See the movement before you do it.
A photo, a sentence or a barcode. The app works out the rest.
Everything the week needs, added up and sorted by aisle.
Not a guess from a word. Each one carries its allergens and its aliases, so “celeriac” and “celery root” are the same thing, and “no nuts” never reads as “nuts”.
Not a stock photo of something similar. The app draws one for the dish it just wrote you, so the plan looks like food and not like a spreadsheet.
The pictures are generated for each recipe. The app says so there too: a drawing of a dish is not a photograph of one.
Height, weight, goal, and what you can’t eat: allergies, intolerances, diagnoses. A minute, once.
Meals and training for every day, with a shopping list that adds itself up. Everything you said no to is already left out.
Weight, hunger, how it went. The targets move with you, and the app writes out why they moved.

SEK 99 a month, or SEK 699 a year, which works out at SEK 58 a month. Everything is included; there is no tier above it. You cancel in the App Store and keep access until the period you paid for runs out.
Yes, and that is the point of the app. What you say you can’t eat is left out of the plan and out of the recipes, not marked with a warning for you to work around. It handles several at once: coeliac and lactose intolerance and IBS together give you a plan that respects all three.
No. Photograph the plate, write a sentence, or scan a barcode. The app works out the calories and macros. Meal photos are analysed and then discarded. They are never stored.
No, the app works without it. If you do connect it, Fitzli reads steps, sleep, resting heart rate, HRV and weight to make the plan fit how you actually recovered. It only ever reads. Fitzli never writes anything back to Health.
On a server in Stockholm. Health data is a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR and is only processed after you have given explicit consent, which you can withdraw in the app at any time. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
Both. You get a training week alongside the meal week, every exercise has a video of the movement, and the app logs your sets, reps and weights so the next week is written from what you actually lifted.
SEK 99/month or SEK 699/year. Cancel any time.
