Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-01 · Last updated 1 September 2026

1. About the service

Fitzli is an app for nutrition and training planning. The service is provided by Samuel Zeidan, Gothenburg, Sweden. Contact: support@solutionsbyzeidan.se. The full postal address is available on request and is listed in the App Store under trader information. By creating an account you accept these terms.

The service comes in a free version and a paid version (Fitzli Premium). What is included in each is set out in section 4.

2. Not medical advice

Fitzli provides general nutrition and training suggestions, partly generated by AI. The content is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace contact with a doctor, dietitian or other healthcare professional.

Consult a healthcare professional before changing your diet or training if you are pregnant, have an illness, take medication, have an eating disorder or are uncertain in any other way. Information about allergies and diagnoses is used to tailor the suggestions, but you are responsible for checking that a dish is safe for you before you eat it. AI can be wrong.

3. Your account

4. Free and paid version

The free version gives you access to:

Fitzli Premium additionally gives you:

We may change what is included in each version. If what you have paid for is reduced during an ongoing period, we will inform you in advance and you then have the right to cancel the subscription.

5. Subscription and payment

Fitzli Premium is sold as a recurring subscription, either monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase and is stated including VAT.

Who the seller is depends on where you buy.

If you buy in the iPhone app, the purchase goes through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple is then the formal seller towards you, takes payment, accounts for VAT and sends the receipt. Apple's media services terms apply to the payment, and the subscription is managed under Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device.

If you buy on the web, payment is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the Merchant of Record. Paddle is then the formal seller, is responsible for the payment and accounts for VAT. The receipt is sent by Paddle to your email address, and Paddle's own terms apply to the payment itself.

What you get for your money is the same either way.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. The amount is charged to the payment method you provided.

You can cancel the subscription at any time via Settings → Manage subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period, so you keep access to what you have already paid for and are not charged again.

In the event of a price change, you will be informed well before it takes effect. You can then cancel the subscription before the new price applies. The change never affects a period you have already paid for.

If a payment fails, further attempts are made over a short period. If none of them succeed, the subscription ends and you return to the free version. You do not lose your logs or your data.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

Fitzli Premium is digital content that is delivered immediately after purchase. At checkout you are therefore expressly asked to consent to delivery beginning immediately and to thereby waive your right of withdrawal. If you do not give that consent, the purchase cannot be completed.

The right of withdrawal does not affect your rights if the service is defective.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled by whoever was the seller for your purchase.

Bought in the iPhone app: request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund a purchase Apple received, and Apple makes the decision.

Bought on the web: requests are made to Paddle support, which you reach via the receipt or via paddle.net.

You can always contact us first at support@solutionsbyzeidan.se and we will help you further.

8. How the service may be used

You may not:

9. Content you upload

You retain the rights to what you upload, for example meal photos. You grant us the right to process the content to the extent required to deliver the service, including sending it to an AI provider for analysis, in accordance with the privacy policy.

10. Availability

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee that it is always free from interruptions or errors. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary disruption.

11. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer legislation.

12. Cancellation and deletion

Cancelling the subscription and deleting the account are two different things.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

13. Changes to the terms

The terms may be updated. For material changes you will be informed in the app and asked to accept the new version.

14. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are heard by Swedish general courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
