Fitzli is provided by Samuel Zeidan, Gothenburg, Sweden. This page gathers what applies to cancellations and refunds of Fitzli Premium. It summarises sections 5 to 7 of the Terms of Service, which apply if anything here differs.
Refunds are handled by whoever was the seller for your purchase, because that is who received your payment.
Payment on the web is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the Merchant of Record and the formal seller. Request a refund through the link in your receipt email or at paddle.net. Paddle handles the request under its refund policy and buyer terms, and approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method.
Purchases in the iPhone app go through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund a purchase Apple received, and Apple makes the decision.
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. Fitzli Premium is digital content that is delivered immediately after purchase, so at checkout you are expressly asked to consent to delivery beginning immediately and to thereby waive your right of withdrawal. If you do not give that consent, the purchase cannot be completed.
The waiver does not affect your rights if the service is defective, or any other rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
You can cancel at any time via Settings → Manage subscription in the app. It opens the place where you bought: Paddle’s customer portal for a web purchase, your Apple subscriptions for a purchase in the iPhone app. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: you keep access until then and are not charged again. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period.
Deleting your Fitzli account does not end a payment at Paddle or Apple. Cancel the subscription first.
If something is wrong, you can always write to support@solutionsbyzeidan.se and we will help you further, including with a refund request.
